Itinerary

  • There was really no specific time that you have to leave Kenya or when you have to arrive to Uganda. It's totally up to you.
  • This trip to Uganda is going to be just like the one of Kenya.
  • Instead of going to Mt. Kilamanjaro though, you are going to visit the Nile River.
  • Not only are you going to visit the Nile, you are visiting the source of the Nile.
  • Here are some informational facts about the Nile River:
  1. Most importantly, the source of the Nile in Uganda is Jinja, Uganda...where you are going to visit.
  2. The Nile River was the lifeline for the people of ancient Egypt. They wouldn't have survived without it.
  3. The Nile River has been recorded frozen twice in history, in 829 and 1010.
  • There's some fun facts about the Nile River.
  • So after you have visited the Nile River, you can go off on your own again and do what you want to do...maybe just relax in your hotel.
  • Which is the Kampala Sheraton Hotel in Kampala, Uganda. Pretty close to Jinja.

Cost of Uganda and The Nile

  • The cost is between your hotel, which is $750 a night.
  • And your next flight, which is $877.

Your approximate cost is going to be around $2,377.
